Grape info: Few grapes can match Pinot Noir’s almost mythical ability to communicate terroir. Although its sensitivity makes it challenging to grow, it is the very thing that makes it capable of almost unrivalled nuance. For many, the best Pinot Noirs represent a summit of what is achievable in wine.

About: Located in the west of the Languedoc-Roussillon where influence from the Pyrenees mountains mixed with ocean breezes from the Atlantic create temperate terroirs. The resulting wine combines power, elegance and intensity.

A small portion is aged in oak to add complexity. Wines are bottled after a four-month aging period on the lees.

Tasting note: The nose displays intense aromas of black fruit, wild strawberry and raspberry. Elegantly floral, with a hint of violet and black pepper.
