Grape info: Syrah’s full bodied, complex profile of leather, liquorice, and black pepper are complimented here by Cinsaut’s characteristic notes of red fruit and its floral, perfumed character.

Frequent pumping-over during fermentation was employed to enhance colour and flavour extraction.

Tasting note: Prominent red berry aromas follow an elegant palate with fine tannins with notes of blueberry and raspberry. An accessible red blend for everyday enjoyment.
