Grape info: Four different plots of land around Limoux were selected to lend their unique but complimentary characteristics to this range. Proportions of Chardonnay from each plot were blended to create a finely tuned cuvee, balancing a rich opulence with focus and freshness.

About: Founded in 1831, Albert Bichot’s vineyards now encompass six estates that cover Burgundy from north to south. Working together with their grower partners, they practise sustainable viticulture with a commitment to converting fully to organic viticulture in the Côte d’Or.

Tasting note: Notes of white flowers and citrus zest on the nose with hints of peach and hazelnut. The palate shows fresh almonds and grapefruit, complemented by nuances of lily and vanilla on the finish.
