Grape Info: The grapes used to make this Chablis come from a mosaic of première cru terroirs across the appellation, giving the wine a remarkable complexity. Unoaked, with Chablis’ signature minerality and focus.
About: Founded in 1831, Albert Bichot’s vineyards now encompass six estates that cover Burgundy from north to south. Working together with their grower partners, they practise sustainable viticulture with a commitment to converting fully to organic viticulture in the Côte d’Or.
Aged for ten months in stainless steel tanks on the lees for added texture and complexity before bottling.
