Grape info: Probably native to Spain, Grenache has been cultivated in the South of France for centuries, playing an especially important role in the blends of the southern Rhône Valley. Capable of producing substantial wines, Grenache typically shows aromas of ripe greengage, citrus and honeysuckle with an added floral dimension and characteristically high levels of alcohol.

Tasting note: A vibrant nose of citrus, greengage and pear. Clean and refreshing with a touch of richness on the palate and notes of honey, vanilla and toast. Well balanced with a lengthy finish.
