Grapes: Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro (Mourvedre).
Grape info: Grenache provides a ripe fruitiness and deep colour along with a herby, spicey character. Syrah lends its signature soft tannins, weighty mid-palate and notes of leather, liquorice, and black pepper. Mourvèdre provides structural tannins and blackberry notes.
About: Established 75 years ago, but with a story spanning almost 90 years, Calabria has established itself as one of the top twenty wine producers in Australia. More than seven decades later, the third generation proudly carries on their grandparents' values of hard work and innovation.
