Grape info: Located at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is one of Burgundy's flagship villages, renowned both for its reliable quality and its characteristically rich, full-bodied whites. Grapes are harvested from vines with an average age of thirty years, ensuring flavour concentrations are high.
About: Founded in 1831, Albert Bichot’s vineyards now encompass six estates that cover Burgundy from north to south. Working together with their grower partners, they practise sustainable viticulture with a commitment to converting fully to organic viticulture in the Côte d’Or.
Aged entirely in oak for between twelve to fifteen months, 20% of the wine goes into new oak barrels, amplifying its natural richness.
