Grape info: Merlot’s soft, attractive fruitiness have seen it transplanted to almost every wine-growing country in the world. Approachable, with more mellow tannins Cabernet Franc, it lends flavours of plum jam and cherries. Cabernet Franc provides a more aromatic note of strawberry, green pepper and wet stone.

Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Aging in 225L oak barrels for 12 months.
