About: Since 2002, Balfour have been at the heart of the growing English Wine industry- winning National and International awards, and the acclaim of sommeliers and wine experts to become one of England’s most respected wine producers.

Made without oak and aged for seven months on full fermentation lees with regular bâtonnage, it is shaped by time and touch rather than wood. A full malolactic fermentation, combined with a careful blend of nine yeast strains, lends a creamy weight and depth, while preserving a vivid citrus core.
