Info: Established in 1917, Vinícola del Priorat is one of Priorat's oldest cooperative wineries, bringing together generations of local growers to preserve and showcase the region's unique viticultural heritage. Based in Gratallops, the winery cultivates old-vine Garnacha and Carinyena on the steep, slate-rich slopes that define Priorat.

Produced from hand-harvested fruit grown on 50-year-old terraced vineyards around Gratallops, El Lloar and La Vilella, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without oak.

Tasting note: An expressive blend of Garnacha and Carinyena, offering aromas of ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry, complemented by peppery spice and distinctive mineral notes. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with smooth tannins, vibrant dark fruit and a long, balanced finish.
