Nectar Imports Ltd is part of Asahi International Ltd. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all customers in the group irrespective of the relationship that you have with us. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that we collect and use for our Nectar trade customers (Nectar Imports Ltd registration number 02512018).

By providing your personal data to us you acknowledge that it will be processed in accordance with this policy.

To facilitate the delivery of our products and services Asahi International Ltd shares data within the group and is responsible for customer data. Creation of account information on and off lineWe hold your account information in order to provide you with a timely, accurate delivered drinks service, and communicate with the right personnel within your organisation for delivery, invoicing and general communications for the smooth running of the account. We use Merlin Business Services to process our activities, who are fully aware of and committed to GDPR legislation in respect of the security of personal data. They securely process and store our data whilst Nectar have specific secure server storage for different parts of our processing activities.
Delivery and invoicing contact and address informationThis allows us to ensure we deliver to the right place at the right time and invoice accurately for the goods received.
Sales history dataYour sales history data means we can take your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and also allows us to send relevant marketing information to you if you have chosen to receive it. It records your bespoke prices, and provides you with informative information for ongoing account management. 
Data to allow usage of our services with third parties such as payment processing, banking processes and credit assessment companiesThird party processors are used to provide you with secure payment processing and reputable credit assessment organisations which allow us to manage and extend to you credit facilities.

Thereafter the data is passed to Merlin Business Services as above for processing in the same way as telephone orders.   • We are reliant on a number of 3rd party providers in order to provide our products and services. Where this is the case we will remain in control of the data and we will ensure that the 3rd parties comply with high security standards for the protection of your personal data.

  • We will also share your name and address details with our delivery partners in order to transport the product that you have ordered.

All of the operations covered by this policy are based in the EU. However, the technical infrastructure of some of our providers is located in data centres outside the EU.
