About: Made only in the best years, each vintage is a unique creation that reflects both the character of the year and the character of Dom Pérignon. Wines are cellared for at least eight years prior to release. The vintage offers a taste of the ripest and richest fruit with its characteristic freshness and energy.

Tasting note: A complex and luminous nose mingling white flowers, citrus and stone fruit enhanced by aniseed and mint alongside hints of spicy, woody and roasted notes. On the palate, the fruit is pronounced and clear. The vintage's characteristic acidity is remarkably well integrated with its voluptuous fruit character.
