Grape info: A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier and a dash of Pinot Gris

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and full malolactic fermentation before ageing on lees for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting note: The wine emphasises clean, citrus and green apple characteristics. Its distinctive aromatic, spicy character is created with a small percentage of Pinot Gris in the blend.
