Grape info: A contender for Italy’s greatest native white varietal alongside Verdicchio, Fiano can produce a whole gamut of styles from light and uncomplicated to ageworthy and complex. Depending on where its grown, wines can range from stylish and mineral to opulent and fruity. Typical flavours include hazelnuts, green apple, honey and pear.
