Grape info: Often found playing a supporting role in southern French blends, Cinsaut is also ideally suited to the production of rosé. Its natural aromatic profile, including notes of cherries, raspberries and violets, translates seamlessly into a soft, attractively perfumed character; the archetypal compliment to any rosé.
About: From the hot, dry vineyards of the Languedoc, grown on gravel-rich soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks following a light pressing and cold, static clarification.
