Grape info: Capable of producing contrasting styles, ranging from rich and intensely flavoured (generally labelled Pinot Gris) to lean and crisp, Pinot Grigio has proved one of Italy’s most popular exports over the last two decades.

About: Since the purchase of their first vineyard in Valpolicella in 1898, Sartori have dedicated themselves to the production of some of Verona’s foremost DOCs: Valpolicella, Bardolino and Soave. Commemorating the acquisition of Cantina Colognola in 2002, the Pinot Grigio represents a modern, easy-drinking style of wine to be enjoyed in its youth.
