Grape info: Indigenous to the appellation of Rueda in Castilla y Leon (north central Spain), Verdejo is a rising star, producing highly aromatic, full-bodied wines that respond well to barrel fermentations and aging. Now the fifth most planted white variety in Spain.

Winemaker Javier Rodríguez employs an ethos of sustainable agriculture, increasingly within the framework of biodynamic and organic viticulture to create distinctive wines, rooted in tradition, with a modern twist.
Fermented in French oak and 600L casks with battonage until January, six months in total. Naturally cold-stabilised.
