Grape: Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Viognier
Grape info: South Africa has the largest area of Chenin Blanc under vine in the world. Here, it’s prized for its ability to retain acidity and its characteristic notes of honey, apples and straw. Sauvignon adds freshness and aromatics to the blend while Viognier lends its heady perfume and Grenache its ripe citrus and floral notes.
