Grape(s) info: Probably native to Spain, Grenache has been cultivated in the South of France for centuries, playing an especially important role in the blends of the southern Rhône Valley. Capable of producing substantial wines, Grenache typically shows aromas of ripe greengage, citrus and honeysuckle with an added floral dimension and characteristically high levels of alcohol.
About: Fruit for the Griffin Blanc is harvested from a number of sites across the Languedoc, amongst the hottest and driest soils of the region. Wines are fermented in stainless steel and undergo cold static clarification on the lees to retain aromatics and freshness.
