Grape info: Champagne varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are blended to produce a wine with both delicate aromatics and structure. The addition of Müller-Thurgau lends a soft, fruity dimension.
About: Established in 1972 by Janet and Rodney Pratt, Bolney Wine Estate in West Sussex was one of the first, and remains one of the most beautiful, English wine estates. Sitting on the same chalk basin that reaches all the way to Champagne, the team now grow champagne varieties to produce award-winning sparkling wines.
Aged for four months in stainless steel tanks before a further two years in bottle, gaining complexity and breadth prior to disgorgement.
