About: Inspired by his love of Japan and all things umami, international Saké expert Francois Lavergne created this unique Champagne from the south-facing vineyards surrounding the hamlet of Talus-St-Prix in the southernmost end of the Côte de Blancs. The village specialises in Pinot Meunier grapes, making characteristically fresh, round and fruity wines.
