Typically zesty and fresh with notes of honey, apples and straw. Colombard adds freshness and acidity.
About: Riebeek Cellars are a community of families located in the Riebeek Valley, pooling their resources in order to access the best quality land, fruit and winemaking technology. With a crucial, local knowledge of the land and its manifold challenges, they are able to bring the consumer the best Swartland has to offer.
In order to preserve the brightness of fruit only the free frun juice of the Chenin Blanc and Colombar were used. The juice was separately fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to capture the freshness and retain the layered fruit flavours.
